Toper brings deep expertise from the leadership and consulting sectors to his role at Mighty, including his own experience establishing a six-figure business coaching firm. Toper specializes in crafting a "value journey" for Mighty Pro Hosts. This approach expertly guides members from initial courses or memberships through workshops and live events, culminating in high-ticket certification programs that expand the community's reach and impact. Christie brings over a decade of marketing expertise to her role as a business coach for those who want to launch and scale engaged, profitable online courses, high-ticket programs and communities. Before joining Mighty, Yaniv spent over 4 years in the fast-paced world of Fintech, where he honed his knack for uncovering revenue-boosting strategies. Yaniv's specialties include working with companies to build highly engaged customer communities and deliver incredible B2B client experiences on Mighty Pro.

Ryan leads all customer success at Mighty, from our highly rated Customer Advocacy team to the Mighty Pro “Done for You” migration and setup services. Under Ryan, our App Operations team delivers hundreds of new Mighty Pro custom branded apps each year – plus updates to those apps every 1-2 weeks. Before Mighty, he spent a decade building large customer success and technical teams at Shopify and other SaaS companies.

Alongside our founder & CEO Gina Bianchini, Audra Lindsey pioneered the innovative Community Design™ framework first used in two 150K communities, and now used across every Mighty Pro Plan. Audra’s dynamic methodology leaves no detail behind— crafting, launching, growing, and scaling the most successful community, courses, and subscription businesses on the internet. Prior to joining the Mighty Pro team, Shannon spent six years leading the community of one of our earliest and most successful Mighty Pro Networks. Today she specializes in member engagement— harnessing the latest Mighty Pro strategies and software to build sustainable, profitable businesses using online communities, mastermind programs, courses, and events. Shannon expertly guides top professional development networks including the University of Cambridge, Girls Inc, United Way, and Women in Data.

DJ is a seasoned Community Strategist who focuses on developing vibrant digital communities, especially for newer ventures. With each Mighty Pro Host, DJ leverages his wide range of skill sets from community strategy, digital marketing, and innovative content creation. You’ll also find DJ teaching comprehensive marketing strategies to drive new member acquisition and paid membership growth, drawing on his years spearheading Community and Strategic Partnerships for new products and apps at Meta.

Over the past 9 years, Nevica has worked with hundreds of brands as they’ve developed profitable product offerings, reached their income goals, and transformed their customers' lives through courses and communities. Having run her own consulting practice and been the lead Community Manager in a 7-figure online education company, Nevica knows firsthand how to leverage Mighty’s software and strategies to quickly grow community-powered courses, memberships, and high-ticket programs. On the Mighty Pro team, Hannah specializes in working with social impact organizations to create maximum value for their members, volunteers, and advocacy efforts. In her 8 years with GoFundMe, she helped raise over $13 million for various causes through her strategic approach to building online fundraising campaigns.
